The builder has MANY unhappy residents. Builder is NOT finishing homes before close of escrow and locking in buyers to HAVE to close escrow. Builder's Customer Service does NOT return phone calls. They claim to take 45 days to fix "walk-through" items but are approaching 90 days with many homes. TALK to neighborhood residents BEFORE BUYING! Also note, front office sales people leave A LOT to be desired. I haven't found ONE person that liked dealing with them after making their purchase.

I hope you contacted the BBB and registered a complaint.

Actually, maybe you could start a topic on BUILDERS around town and each family can critique their particular builders?
