I am considering moving to Temecula wine country area...so far nobody (Adelphia, Verison) offers high speed net access out there. I guess there is satellite however....anybody have experience with this? or does anyone know of another solution out there? the zip code is 92591

I moved down here from Silicon Valley (San Francisco Bay Area) in July 2001 and I was using dial up to AOL (ughhhs*) for many months.

I have heard of this company that they are planning to provide the wireless internet in the wine country a few months after I moved here.
Well, I called him up and he came out to visit me but he never was able to provide the service until I finally I discovered Aerosurf.

They are expensive but I am online 24X7 and they have not been down but a few minutes in the last year or so. They will come out and install the Wireless antenna on your roof and you can either rent equipment or buy it outright.

Monthly fees range from $49 and up...

I now saw several signs on the main road near my house (on Rancho California) for wireless internet service.

I also live in the same zip code as the one you mentioned.
